Precision Dosing and Mixing
The journey begins with the purest raw materials. We use micron- and nanometer-scale tungsten carbide powder, cobalt, titanium, tantalum, and other metal powders as our foundation.
High temperature sintering
This is the key step in giving the blade its soul. Thegreen bodyis placed in a special sintering furnace and sintered at a high temperature of over 1400°C and a special atmosphere (such as vacuum or low pressure).
Ultra-Strong Coatings
To further enhance the blade s wear resistance, heat resistance, and lubricity, we utilize chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and/or physical vapor deposition (PVD) technologies.
Precision pressing and molding
After granulation, the powder is loaded into a high-precision automatic press mold.
